Weigh Trailer

The Weigh Trailer is available for hire during the year at any time and can be used to accurately assess the difference between varieties and techniques. We encourage all farmers to make use of this machine as trials on your own farm are some of the best information you can obtain. The unit can also be used to calibrate seed capacities of air seeders and feed out trailers just to mention a few.
The Weigh Trailer is available for full day or half day hire and can be booked through the coordinator by phone or fax. Cost to hire; $110 [inc. GST] member full day, $55 1/2 day [inc. GST]

The new tree planter has arrived and the precision of this machine is second to none. Trees can be planted at any depth or spacing as well as accurately. The planter has the ability to rip, mound and plant all in one operation. Bare rooted seedlings can also be planted with the tree seedling holders. If you would like to direct seed you can use the direct seeding hopper that is located on the back of the machine. This planter was also designed with the comfort of the operator in mind and is well worth using. The tree Planter is available for full or half day hire and can be booked through the Corrigin Shire Council on Phone: 9063 2203.

*When you pick up the tree planter(s) there is a school desk inside the shed at the depot where you'll find a sheet TO TAKE WITH YOU that you NEED TO FILL out and return WITH the tree planter, or fax back to Sandy*.

The cost of hire per day is $165.00 (Inc. GST) for members and $220.00 (Inc. GST) for Non members.

*Important*: The New Tree Planter will NOT be hired outside of the Corrigin Shire Unless special arrangements are made with either of the coordinators, and then it will be at the coordinators discretion.
