Phosure Field Day

CBH are currently looking for hosts in various areas to hold a workshop on their property. All you need is a sealed silo and an area close by (preferably a workshop or shed) that we can escape from the weather.

By holding or attending this free workshop, you will gain valuable knowledge on how to ensure you can effectively fumigate on-farm and control low level phosphine resistant insects.

Weather Links Fixed

Wednesday, 12 April 2006

Anyone trying to access some of the weather links recently would have gotten a Username/Password request to access them.  This was a error on the website which has now been fixed. All the weather information is now available again.

If you have a link to a map, forecast etc. that you think would be good to add to the Weather page, email it to CFIG and I will see if it can be added.

Strange Results with Internet Speed Test
Written by Administrator
Friday, 31 March 2006

Some People have been reporting strange results when using the Internet Speed Test that's available on this website. Always retest a couple of times at least, this gives an average and if you have one wild result out of three, then you know to ignore it. If it still won't work trying clearing your internet cache. These are the files stored locally by Internet Explorer to increase the speed of displaying a page you've already been to. For Internet Explorer go to Tools, then Options, then click on Delete Files..  . This will clear the cache and force Internet Explorer to download the speed test. As you start viewing web pages Internet Explorer will start filling it up again. When it gets full Internet Explorer deletes the oldest files itself and replaces them with the newest ones, so there's no harm in clearing the cache, it's just a temporary store of web pages.
